Company Brain & Commandbase.

It knows how your business runs and plugs into your software to get the work done. At Best Friends, it runs all 80 POS accounts from one terminal.

The problem
Your team hunts for answers and clicks through the same five tools to do the same tasks.
What I built
One source of truth for your brand, pricing, policies and numbers, wired to the software you already use. A person approves anything that matters.
Where it stands
Running at Best Friends, where AI saves the team 450 hours a month at 99% accuracy.

Custom Brand Build.

A full brand identity, brand kit and website for a private Pilates studio. It pairs classic branding fundamentals with the latest AI design tools.

Client Launch
The problem
A new private Pilates studio needed a brand and a website before it could start booking clients.
What I built
The identity, a brand kit and the website, built around the owner's story, sessions and pricing.
Where it stands
My first client, Little Classical Studio. The branding is done and the website is in progress.

Lifecycle Marketing Workflows.

It wins new customers and wins back the ones who drifted away. At Best Friends, 31% of new leads convert and 10% of lapsed customers come back.

The problem
Most businesses pay for a CRM and use it to blast emails, so new leads go cold and lapsed customers never hear back.
What I built
Lead nurture and win-back that run in the background, with a person stepping in the moment a customer replies.
Where it stands
Running at Best Friends, where tracked CRM revenue went from under $100K to $5.4M in year one.

AI Brand Kit.

It knows your brand and every channel you market on. Give it a one-line prompt and it builds a design that's always on-brand.

Concept
The problem
Every flyer, post or email is a two-week back-and-forth with a designer, and it still comes back off-brand.
What I built
A brand kit that holds the logo, fonts, photos and house rules, then lays out new pieces from a one-line prompt.
Where it stands
A concept for Subculture, a Palm Beach zine. At Best Friends, AI brand kits publish marketing for 40+ brands.

Time first.

Then money saved. Then money made.

  • People first
  • Outcomes over hype
  • Right tool, even if it isn't mine
  • Boring reliability

Day 1 Training Plan.

It turns the member goals gyms collect at signup and never look at again into a personal Day 1 email. Each one is built to fill trainers' 1-on-1 schedules.

Concept
The problem
Gyms collect member goals at signup and never look at them again.
What I built
An intake that matches each member to the right exercises and trainer, then emails a personal Day 1 plan.
Where it stands
An unofficial concept for Life Time. Not affiliated with the company.

College Football Pick'em App.

A college football pick'em app I built for fun, from spec to shipped. It pulls live lines and scores, and picks and standings update on their own.

The problem
A pick'em pool usually runs on a group text and a spreadsheet somebody updates by hand.
What I built
A phone-first app with a Game of the Week vote, five picks against the spread and standings graded straight from the picks.
Where it stands
Built from a written spec, the same way I build tools for clients.

AI Customer Service.

It answers every chat, text and call, day or night, and books the appointment. It flags anything that needs a human touch.

The problem
Your staff answers the same 20 questions all day, and after hours nobody answers at all.
What I built
A voice receptionist plus text and chat replies, trained on your policies, pricing and hours.
Where it stands
Running at Best Friends, where campaign replies turned into 1,100 reservations ($167,000) over the holiday peak.
